2022 Hoboken CERT Training
October 8th & 9th, 15th & 16th
Hoboken Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be holding our annual Basic Training on the weekends of October 8th & 9th and 15th & 16th from 8:30am to 1:30pm each day.
The training will be held at the Multi-Service Center at 124 Grand Street (Corner of 2nd & Grand), Hoboken.
The Classes are Free and open to any Hoboken residents ages 18 and over (other towns as space permits).

You must complete all four training sessions to become a full Hoboken CERT member.
Applicants are welcome to attend the classes you are available for now and complete a makeup class in the near future if you have a scheduling conflict.

Additional Online Training:
In addition to the in-person training, we require the completion of 4 FEMA Incident Command courses online. We also suggest taking the additional 'Intro to CERT' course (see below), especially if you may miss part of the initial training.
This training is Free with FEMA.Gov Independent Study Online Program. It must be completed before you can be issued a CERT certificate but can be completed any time before graduation.
First, you'll need to have/get a Student ID number (SID): https://training.fema.gov/student/sssp.aspx - (Save the SID number in a safe place on your computer)
