"Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla urges residents and business employees who gathered indoors with multiple households during the holidays to get tested for COVID-19. Individuals should get tested at least 5-7 days after the date of the indoor gathering, to avoid the chance of an inaccurate result. If you have symptoms, you do not need to wait the 5-7 days."

Senior COVID-19 Testing News

Door-to-door senior testing
The City of Hoboken is pleased to share that we have conducted door-to-door testing in six senior buildings over the past week and a half, to help provide tests for our elderly population. We recognize that it may not always be easy to travel to get a test, so we’ve partnered with Fusion Diagnostics Laboratories to accompany our Health Department to test seniors at various senior buildings.
Seniors should be contacted with test results in approximately 48-72 hours of taking the test.

Additional Information on Test Results

Update on Test Results -

Prompt MD and Medicine Man Pharmacy are continuing to utilize Star Labs, and we thank all of the staff for continuing to work to provide test results as soon as possible.
Star Labs has launched, as of yesterday, the ability for those getting tested with Prompt MD and Medicine Man to now log onto their website,
http://www.starlabs.org to receive a test result.

Simply visit the website, provide your first and last name, date of birth, and phone number or email and you’ll be able to access the test result as it is posted. Please allow for 48-72 hours after testing to receive the result, although you may be able to receive a result through the website earlier.

If after 72 hours you still do not have access to your test result, please feel free to email
testing@hobokennj.gov so the Hoboken Health Department can follow-up.

---
Test results through ivee will be emailed directly to individuals. If results through ivee are not received within 72 hours, please call the laboratory utilized by ivee,
Innovative Gx Laboratories, 210-352-5175 (9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday - Saturday)..

If that is not successful, please email
results@ivee.app and copy testing@hobokennj.gov so ivee can provide results as soon as possible.
